Sublime Communications & Cybersecurity Company

CASE STUDY

The Client

Sublime Communications is a Connecticut based branding agency. Titicus and Sublime Communications formed a strategic partnership to provide search engine optimization and paid campaign management for a national cybersecurity company.

The Challenge

The website was hosted on a “drag and drop” content management system and while these make development of a simple website easier, this particular platform inhibited our ability to perform direct conversion tracking for pertinent “calls to action” (CTAs) and was tied into a CRM that does not support inbound channel tracking.

The Goal

We were tasked with launching a digital marketing campaign that drove traffic through multiple channels to the website and that converted into qualified leads. Additionally, we needed to ensure that channel attribution was accurate to allow for a positive data feedback loop to measure return on investment for the paid campaigns and growth in organic results.

The Strategy

Develop a keyword strategy and content strategy that informed our initial pay-per-click campaigns and that formed the foundation of our onsite Search Engine Optimization content strategy. Track conversion by channel, beyond marketing, through the sales process, measuring both Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
